Useful Information for Exhibitors
Exhibition will be placed in the Hipostila area (ground floor) of the "Auditorio de Zaragoza", which is on the same floor as the sessions, posters and refreshments area to ensure maximum visibility.
Extras
For extra equipment (such as showcases, furniture, cleaning, flowers, etc) an on-line application will be available and this will be charged separately.
This application will be available in 2015.
The extras managed by our on-line site will be paid with credit card.
Deadlines
Deadline for Exhibitors and Sponsorship Submission: 15 June 2015
Deadline for late orders: 20 July 2011 (25% Late order surcharge will be applied and payments will be by credit card only)
From 16th June 2015 payments will only be accepted by credit card
Payment Conditions
All services are to be paid in full before the event
40% of the total amount will be paid at the time of the booking
60 % before 15 June 2015.
The payment will be made by bank transfer for orders submitted before 01 June 2015

Prices and VAT
All prices in the order forms include VAT. The VAT rate as per the current Spanish law applies (subject to change).
Build Times and Break-down times
Build Times: 30 August 2015 11:00 A.M. To 05:00 P.M.
Break-down times: 03 September 2015 18.30 P.M. To 20:00 P.M.
04 September 2015 02.30 P.M. To 08:00 P.M.
You will not be permitted to take your stand down before 18:30 on Thursday 3rd September. The penalty charge for for taking down the stand before this time will be 25% of the site price. All equipment must be completely removed by 8 PM on Friday 04 September 2015.

Safety and Emergency
In the unlikely event of a fire alarm sounding (a high tone will be heard) please make your way to the nearest emergency exit.
These are located in each of the four corners of the building and are well signposted.
Do not use the main stairs, escalators or lifts.
Anyone who has special needs in the event of an emergency should make themselves known to "Auditorio of Zaragoza" staff on arrival.
Smoking
In accordance with the Spanish government legislation smoking is not permitted in any building, temporary enclosed structure or substantially enclosed space outside of buildings.
Fire extinguishers
Exhibitors using, exhibiting or storing hazardous substances, objects or processes should provide the appropriate extinguishers for their stand.
