* IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Each conference registration for sponsors includes:
• Free access to the exhibition, poster area and conference room
• Refreshment and meals during the conference
• Welcome reception on Sunday, 30 August 2015
• 1 set of conference materials
The conference registration for exhibitors does not include the conference dinner. Conference badges will be issued on exhibitor’s and delegate's name. Non-registered persons will not be allowed to enter the exhibition. Conference badges will be collected in the registration desk of the venue. Additional conference badges for sponsors can be conference badges can be purchased for 450€ (VAT included).
Gala dinner tickets will be available in 2015.
