Presentation Types
- Plenary: Well known reputed scientists invited by the International Programme Committee (40 + 5 min).
- Keynote: Outstanding scientist selected by the International Programme Committee (25+5 min).
- Oral communication: 13 minutes for a presentation with an additional 2 minutes for questions.
- Poster: Presenters are requested to create their poster with the following size (90 cms width x 120 cms height).
Poster and Oral Communication Rules
- Oral Presentations
Each session room will be equipped with a projector and laptop. Presenters are encouraged to bring their talk on a memory stick and to use the provided laptop in the room assigned. Speakers and are kindly requested to deliver their presentations to the technicians located in the rooms assigned preferably the day before their presentations or at least one hour before the scheduled session.
- Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall (Ground floor). Posters should be posted by 08:30h in the morning of the assigned session in the board number previously assigned Poster must be dismantled after each poster session (18:30h ).
The secretariat will not be held liable for any lost or damaged posters.
All poster presenters are encouraged to be at their poster panels for discussion with the participants during the poster presentation allocation.
The material to fix the posters to the panels will be available in the posters area.
